Frida Botanicals was founded by Ginevra Liptan, MD, a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, board-certified in internal medicine and trained in functional medicine. She developed fibromyalgia as a medical student and spent many years using herself as guinea pig to find successful treatments.
After fine-tuning her integrative approach treating thousands of patients she shared her methods in two books:

Although Dr. Liptan saw the clinical benefits of CBD, herbal and magnesium products she was frustrated by quality and potency issues.That was the inspiration behind Frida Botanicals, to create high quality lab-tested products while sourcing organic and sustainably harvested ingredients wherever possible.
As part of our mission, we donate 1% of profits to The Support Fibromyalgia Network, which supports advocacy, research and education efforts.
