Frida Botanicals Shipping and Return Policy

 

SHIPPING

 

Due to restrictive state laws we are unable to ship CBD products to the following states: HAWAII, IDAHO, IOWA, MISSISSIPPI, NEW HAMPSHIRE, SOUTH DAKOTA. However we can ship herbal tonics and magnesium cream to those states.

All Shipping is via USPS Mail. Your shipping cost is based on the amount of your order. Orders of $50 and under cost $5 to ship. Orders between $51 and $99 cost $8. And orders over $100 ship free.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order via USPS Mail. Once your order ships, you will get an email from us with tracking information (remember to check your spam folder).

 

We are not responsible for any delays once handed to USPS.

 

All our products are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Frida Botanicals is not responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises; therefore, we do not process returns, exchanges, or credits on products that have been affected by melting or freezing.

 

We do not ship outside the US.

RETURNS

 

Like all supplements and similar products, there are no refunds on opened products. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 business days of purchase. Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost. Refunds wіll bе mаdе within 7 business dауѕ of rесеірt оf your rеturn after all items have been inspected.
