RETURNS

Like all supplements, there are no refunds on opened products. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 business days. Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING DAMAGE

All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Frida Botanicals is not responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises; therefore, we do not process returns, exchanges, or credits on products that have been affected by melting or freezing.
