As someone who has sleep apnea and been known to pull sheets off the bed, I’ve tried lots of sleep remedies. My Fibro was exaggerated by sleep issues. I was taking 5htp, gabapentin, and CBD/THC for sleep. As a past patient of Dr. Liptan (Knowing her beliefs) I decided that I needed to give this a try. WOW!!! I am so glad I did. I had to remove the CBD/THC as I woke groggy for the first time since I can remember. Sleeping amazing now!!!
Follow directions and mix with small amount of water.

I usually sleep really well. I fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly, interrupted only by a few bathroom trips in the night. My daughter calls my sleep ability my super power. However, every now and then I can’t fall asleep and toss and turn for hours, sometimes the whole night. I bought the sleep tonic for my husband who hasn’t tried it yet. Recently I had one of those awful nights when I just couldn’t fall asleep. I remembered the sleep tonic and tried it. I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted really good! The best thing though was that I fell asleep and stayed asleep ALL night without even needing to get up to use the bathroom. Since then I’ve been using it because it seems like a miracle to me that I sleep through the night without needing to get up. Thank you for such a wonderful, natural product. It solved a problem I didn’t even recognize I had.

I have used the sleep tonic for about a year; the effectiveness is not apparent as I can still be awake into the early hours but yawning, maybe its because I cannot hold the dose under my tongue because the solution has such a burning effect. However in spite of being wide awake and reading, when I do wake up I feel rested. I’m going to try combining this with CBD oil.

Thanks for your feedback. The herbal tonics should not be held under the tongue as the alcohol content can be irritating , instead we recommend mixing it with a small amount of water and drinking it. If you are not finding it as helpful as you once did for sleep, consider taking a break from it for a month or two and then restarting, as sometimes our body can get tolerant of the effects of herbs just as we can for prescriptions. Combining it with CBD can also boost the effectiveness as well.
